Autumn -Winter Journey through Chakras.
During my classes in Autumn -Winter season we will concentrate on the chakras system. I have prepared the Hatha yoga flows which includes the elements from Kundalini yoga in order to get the energy to flow more freely through our bodies. Below the example of first class from the series.
First class was dedicated to Muladhara chakra-root or base chakra.

We have started with the meditation in Sukhasana concentrating on Muladhara chakra.
‘Close your eyes and feel the earth beneath you. Feel all the parts of your body which are touching the floor. Feel this energetic exchange between you and the Earth. Take the deep inhale and feel your feet, your legs and hips dropping down to the Earth. Notice that if you let your lower body drop more and surrender more to the Earth the torso will become lighter and lighter. Fell the upper body lifting up .Now is the time to set up your intention ”Sankalpa”…
Hatha Yoga sequence. Sequence was for grounding and feeling Earth, felling our place on this planet.
Asanas: Tadasana, Balasana, Dolasana, Ardho Mukha Svanasana: moving and grounding , Crescent and Warriors Flow, Forward Fold.
Kundalini Yoga: Apana Kriya
Savasana and guided chakra meditation…
