Welcome to Magdalaya Yoga.

My name is Magdalena. I am a Hatha Yoga teacher, healthy life style enthusiast, traveler and natural healing methods fan. I am keen on Ayurveda, Native Indian healing practices and homeopathy .  I have been practicing yoga since 2009. I practice Hatha, Kundalini, Vinyasa flow, Ashtanga, Bihar school of yoga and many other forms. However Hatha and Kundalini are the closest to my heart.  It changed my life completely. I qualified to be a teacher in Mysore India under one and only Noah McKenna who is one of the best teachers I ever had. I follow  a traditional philosophical yogic path and  try to stay focused on it. I would love to share and spread true yogic life style to everyone.   I strongly believe that yoga will change you and by changing yourself you can change the world. It will lead you to the discovery of the wonderful new things in your life. You will never stay in the same place and you will keep growing and growing in your normal life (I did not want to use word ‘real’ for the obvious reasons).  Enjoy. Namaste.IMG_0172
